Information
To get you settled in, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please bring your Medicare card, private health fund card, any concession cards and any glasses you currently wear. A written referral is not compulsory to see us, however, if you were provided with a referral letter from your GP, specialist, or another referrer, please bring a copy with you.
If you or your child are unwell on the day of your appointment, please contact us to reschedule for another day.
1. Leederville
A small, private car park is available behind our building, the entrance is via Richmond Street. You can also find free 2-hour street parking near the clinic. Leederville can get busy, so please allow some extra time for parking. If you are taking public transport, we are a 10-minute walk from Leederville train station.
2. Leeming
Parking is available at the clinic or nearby at the Bull Creek Shopping Centre on South Street. If you are taking public transport, we are a 10-minute walk or short bus ride away from Murdoch Station.
